There is no single price for a charter bus in Toronto, because every trip is different. A 15-passenger van to Pearson for an hour costs far less than a 56-seat coach on a full-day trip to Niagara Falls. What you can control is how clear and complete your quote is. This guide explains what sets the price and what to send us so the number you get is the number you pay.
The five things that set the price
- Vehicle size: a 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit van, or a 56-seat Prevost coach. See the fleet for what each one carries.
- Time: how many hours the vehicle and driver are with you, from first pickup to final drop-off.
- Distance: kilometres driven, which matters most on day trips and multi-day tours.
- Date and time: weekends, holidays and big event days (concerts, games, festivals) are busier.
- Number of vehicles: larger groups may need two or more coaches or a mix of coaches and vans.
What our quotes include
Every quote we send is in writing, and it already includes tolls, parking and the driver's tip, so there are no surprise add-ons on the day. There is no minimum number of hours. A 20% deposit confirms the booking. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, and there is no other cancellation fee.
Van or coach: which fits your group?
For groups of up to 15, one van is the simple choice. Above that, ask us to quote both one coach and two or more vans: a coach keeps everyone together with room for luggage, while vans can split up for different pickups. For 57 or more, we combine vehicles; the whole fleet can move up to 374 passengers at once. Our bus charter page has a group-size guide.
Typical trips and what drives their cost
- Airport runs: a group transfer to or from Toronto Pearson or Billy Bishop is priced on the route and waiting time. See airport transfers.
- Corporate shuttles: recurring employee or conference shuttles are priced on hours per day and the number of days. See corporate transportation.
- Day trips and tours: Niagara Falls, Blue Mountain, Ottawa and Montreal are priced mostly on distance and hours. See tour and travel buses.
- Weddings and events: guest shuttles depend on the number of loops and how late the last return runs. See event transportation.
How to get an accurate quote fast
Send us the date, the number of passengers, the pickup address, the destination, and the times you need to leave and return. Mention any extra stops and how much luggage you have. With that, we can usually reply with a written price the same day.
