How do I get a quote?
Fill in the quote form with your date, group size, pickup and destination, or call us. We reply with a written price.
What areas do you serve?
We pick up anywhere in Toronto and the GTA, and we drive to destinations across Ontario, Quebec and beyond.
What vehicles do you have?
Four 56-seat Prevost motor coaches, plus four 2025 Mercedes-Benz Sprinters and six 2026 Ford Transits with 15 seats each. Together they can move up to 374 passengers.
Is the driver included?
Yes. Every booking includes a licensed, professional driver.
How many people fit in each vehicle?
Each Prevost coach seats 56 passengers and each Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit van seats 15. We can combine vehicles for groups of up to 374.
Can we make stops along the way?
Yes. Tell us your stops when you request a quote and we build them into the schedule.
Is there space for luggage?
Yes. Our coaches have large under-floor luggage bays and our vans have luggage space at the back, so airport and multi-day trips are easy.
Where can you pick us up?
Anywhere in Toronto and the GTA, including Pearson and Billy Bishop airports, hotels, schools, offices and event venues.
Do you do trips outside Toronto?
Yes. We drive to destinations across Ontario and Quebec, such as Niagara Falls, Blue Mountain, Ottawa and Montreal.

How much does it cost to charter a bus in Toronto?
Price depends on the trip length, date, number of hours and the vehicles you need. Send your trip details through the quote form and we reply with an exact price.
How far in advance should I book a charter bus?
Book as early as you can, especially for weekends, May to October and holidays. We can often help with short-notice trips too, so call us.
Can you run a recurring employee shuttle?
Yes. We set up daily or weekly shuttles on a fixed route and schedule. Contact us with your locations and shift times.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. We can invoice your company directly for single trips or ongoing service.
Where does the driver meet us at Pearson?
We confirm the exact meeting point for your terminal when you book and share the driver's contact details before your flight.
What if our flight is delayed?
Send us your flight number when you book. We adjust the pickup to the actual arrival time.
How long is the trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls?
It is about 130 km and usually takes around 1.5 hours each way, depending on traffic.
Do you do multi-day tours?
Yes. We run multi-day trips, for example to Ottawa, Montreal or Quebec City. Tell us your itinerary and we quote the full trip.
Can you shuttle wedding guests between venues?
Yes. We plan pickups at hotels, the ceremony and the reception on a timetable that matches your day.
Do you offer late-night return trips?
Yes. Tell us when the event ends and we schedule the return.
Do you provide paperwork that schools need?
Yes. Ask us for insurance and operating documents when you book and we send them to your school.
Can you take students on overnight trips?
Yes. We plan multi-day trips, including driver accommodation and rest time.
