Niagara Falls is the trip Toronto groups ask us about most. It is about 130 km from downtown Toronto, usually around 1.5 hours each way depending on traffic, which makes it an easy day trip with plenty of time at the Falls.
With a charter, your whole group leaves together from your own pickup point, rides together, and comes home together. No one has to drive, find parking or follow a convoy down the highway, and the driver stays with your group for the day.
A Typical Niagara Falls Day Trip
Most groups leave Toronto in the morning, spend the middle of the day at the Falls, and head home in the late afternoon or evening. Here is how a day usually runs. Tell us your own plan and we build the schedule around it.

- About 1.5 hours on the road to Niagara Falls, with a rest stop if you want one
- Drop-off close to the Falls, with the coach and driver staying with your group
- Free time for the falls, the boat tours, the parks along the river and lunch
- An optional afternoon stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake or wine country
- Or cross the border to the US side of the Falls as part of your charter
- Return to your pickup point in Toronto in the evening

Groups of up to 15 fit in one Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit van. Larger groups take a 56-seat Prevost coach with a washroom, Wi-Fi, USB charging and reclining seats, which makes the drive part of the day. For big groups we send several vehicles together.

What Your Niagara Falls Quote Includes
A day trip to Niagara Falls is quoted on the hours the vehicle and driver are with you and the distance driven. Your written quote already includes tolls, parking and the driver's tip, and there is no minimum number of hours.
A 20% deposit confirms the booking. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, and there is no other cancellation fee.
Who Books a Niagara Falls Charter
We drive school classes, church and community groups, corporate teams, tour groups, family reunions and visitors staying in Toronto hotels. If your group is coming from Pearson, we can pick up at the airport and go straight to Niagara.
Planning Tips
Summer weekends and holiday Mondays are the busiest days at the Falls and book up first, so ask for a quote early. Send us the date, the number of passengers, your pickup address and the time you want to be home, and we reply with a written price, usually the same day.
